Objective: 

The main objective of the subject is to impart the practical knowledge about animation in Maya.

Unit I: 

General Animation: Powerful Key framing Tools, Key framing, First Cut, copy and paste of animated objects in the timeline, Animation play blast for rapid review of complex scenes,

Unit II: 

Path Animation: Animate an object along a curve or surface, Edit path or other animation parameters during playback, Set Driven Key, Establish Relationships where one action automatically drives another,

Unit III: 

Dope sheet: Rapid and intuitive global editing of key frame timing, Channel Box, Quickly edit an Object’s attributes, one or more fields at a time,

Unit IV: 

Graph Editor: Precise Controlling on animated parameter changes over time.

Unit V: 

Trax Editor: Trax Nonlinear Animation Editor for non-destructive mixing, blending, and editing of poses and animation clips.
