The   Scope   of  Electronic   Commerce,  Definition   of Electronic   Commerce, Electronic   Commerce and   the   Trade Cycle,  Electronic   Markets, Internet  Commerce, Advantages and  limitation of E-commerce, Supply  Chains, Porter’s Value   Chain   Model,   Inter  Organizational Value   Chains,  Porter’s   Model,   First   Mover Advantage,   Sustainable   Competitive  Advantage,   Competitive  Advantage   using    E- Commerce.

Other  concepts. E-supply  chain, Virtual value  chain, and  M-commerce.

Brokerage model, aggregator  model, info-mediary model, community model, manufacturer model, affiliate model.  Electronic  Markets. Usage  of electronic markets, advantages and  limitation of electronic markets, future of electronic market. Business on the  internet and  life cycle approach.
