The students will: CO 255.Explain the architecture of Linux operating system and the reason for open source. CO 256.Execute basic commands of Linux to manage files and file system CO 257.Demonstrate the concepts of redirection, pipes and filters in Linux. CO 258.Discuss the concept of shell parameters and variables. CO 259.Write, debug and execute and shell scripts having decision controls and looping constructs.
