Objective: 

This course enables the students to

1.   Identify   project   goals,    constraints,    deliverables,    and    resource   requirements    in consultation with stakeholders.

2.   Illustrate different methods of project delivery

3.   Implement project management knowledge, processes, concepts, tools  and  techniques to achieve project success.

Contents

  1.   At the  end  of Semester V, student will undergo internship training of 6 months.
  2.  Student will be  allotted an  internship supervisor by the  department.  A provision of group internship may  also  be  considered for  students in a  particular domain. The  Supervisors will keep   track   of  the   activities  and   performance  of  students as   interns  at the   host organization/industry, based on periodic  reports submitted by students. The student shall prepare a report and  submit it.
  3.  The  students are  required to submit a certificate of completion of internship, activity log book  and  an  internship report endorsed by the  mentor.
