CO38: Compare and contrast the schools of thought in management, and emphasizing their contributions and implications for organizational practices CO39: Analyse the concepts MBO and MBE, alongside evaluating decision making processes CO40: Develop an understanding of organizational concepts including authority, responsibility, delegation, centralization, decentralization, and span of control, alongside evaluating various organizational structures. CO41: Integrate conceptual understanding and practical application to analyse the nature, types, processes, and techniques of organizational control alongside examining change management.
