Objective: 

The course will enable the students to

  1. Identify project goals, constraints, deliverables, performance criteria, control needs, and resource requirements.
  2. Understanding different methods of project delivery and the roles and responsibilities of all constituencies involved in the design and construction process
  3. Implement project management knowledge, processes, lifecycle and the embodied concepts, tools and techniques in order to achieve project success.
  4. Learn team work and coordination skills.

The students will:

Live working on tool to develop a project.

Class    test,    Semester end         examinations,

Quiz,               Solving problems in tutorials, Assignments, Presentation, Individual and group projects.

Simple projects such as inventory Management System, Payroll System, Library management System, Job Scheduling, Hardware Interface, Network Monitoring System etc. can be created.

Project must be done in a group of 2-4 students.

·      Final Evaluation will be done by:

·      The marks of the i project would be given on the basis of internal assessment of the project as given in the course structure.
