Course Objectives

The course will enable the students to:

  • Work on team building and develop leadership qualities.
  • Enhance leadership skills and improve body language.
  • Gain in-depth knowledge of various aspects of personal branding, including creating online resumes on different platforms, and learning to write effective online and offline content.
  • Emphasize public speaking and foster the ability to work in diverse groups with cultural sensitivity.

E-Mail Etiquette: Professional Behavior at work, Subject line, CC-BCC, professional e mail address and other basic do’s and don’ts.

Phone etiquette: Tone of voice, receiving and dialing, phone language, eliminating distraction, basic etiquette and do’s and don’ts. WhatsApp/messaging etiquette, social etiquette,  Business  meeting  etiquette,  cubicle manners,  dining  etiquette,  social  media etiquette
