The course will enable the students to

  1. Create web pages and dynamic client‐side & server‐side web applications.
  2. Create web sites using HMTL5, Advanced CSS, JavaScript and PHP
  3. Web design and development using various techniques on client-side

The students will:

CO 166.Apply styles to web pages in context of Navigation bar, borders, image gallery and transition effects

CO 167.Construct webpages by incorporating dynamic features through Document Object Model and Browser Object Model.

CO 168.Implement arrays, functions and pattern matching in real-life application scenarios

CO 169.Create full-fledged webpages including the support of audio and video.

CO 170.Design and develop visually appealing web sites using HTML5 and advanced CSS.

 

Interactive Lectures, Discussion, Tutorials, Reading assignments, Demonstration,

Class test, Semester end examinations, Quiz, Solving problems in tutorials, Assignments, Presentation, Individual and group projects and peer review.

 

 

Creating WebPages using various commands covered in theory paper CBCA403.

  • Web pages should be designed with following features:
    • HTML5 Basic Tags
    • Advanced CSS: Dimension/Positioning/Attribute selectors
    • CSS3: Border/Background/Transition
    • JavaScript: DOM/Event handling
    • PHP: Array/Functions/String & pattern matching
