• Ms Jaya Saxena was awarded the "Best Paper Award" in International Conference at NIT, Kurukshetra and Soft Computing Research Society
• Ms. Anshika jain, Monika Kumawat, Riya jain and Kanika Dhamani of B.Sc. (H) Multimedia & Animation has participated in the Toycathon-2021 (Game design competition) and got selected for the grand finale. They have created the first look of a 3D game based on "INDIAN ARMY''.
• Ms. Jigyasa Agrawal founded ‘Dogstation’ which is an NPO (non-profit organisation) which works for the welfare of street animals mainly dogs and helps in connecting people 
• Chiranshi Mathur participated in Miss Rajasthan 2020. Starting back in September 2020 from online and offline auditions, she made it to Top 28 finalists out of 5000+ girls. She had a 7-day stay with the team of Miss Rajasthan where she attended daily workshops, guest lectures, activities and photo shoots. She made it to Top 12 finalists and bagged the Subtitle of MISS VIVACIOUS 2020.
• YASHVI SONI, student of BCA VI Sem participated in Jodhpur Couture Show organized by Elite Miss Rajasthan. She did ramp Walk in Jodhpur Couture Show for 4 brands on 7 February 2021. Her talent was appreciated by all.
• YASHVI SONI, student of BCA VI Sem participated in Bikaner Couture Show organized by Elite Miss Rajasthan. She did ramp Walk in the Show and was Show opener for the Couture. The event was held on 21 February 2021. Her talent was appreciated by all.
• YASHVI SONI, student of BCA VI Sem participated in Fashion Braganza organized by JECRC University, Jaipur, Rajasthan. She Show Judge for the event. The event was held on 09/05/2021. Her presence and talent was appreciated by all.
• YASHVI SONI, student of BCA VI Sem was a part of the Mr. and Miss Pink City Competition organized by Mr. Verma Events and Entertainment. She was Mentor and Judge in Mr. and Miss Pink City Season 4 (2020-2021) held from 25/11/2020 to 21/3/2021.
• Anshika Jain, Kanika Dhamani, Monika Kumawat and Riya Jain Students of BMA sem iv participated in Toycathon 2021. The hackathon was initially conceptualized in physical as well as digital mode. Due to the prevailing COVID-19 pandemic and owing to the safety of participants the physical edition was deferred and only digital edition was conducted from June 22 to June 24, 2021. The Multimedia and Animation students reached the finale round of Toycathon-2021, organised by MSME, Govt. of India, wherein they made a 3D game based on Indian Army.

• Harshita Sharma , Radhika Rathore of BCA Semester-VI, Jigyasa Agrawal of BCA Semester-IV and Swati Agarwal of BCA Semester-II won first prize at PowerPoint presentation organized by DST Rajasthan on 27 February 2020 on the occasion of Science Week Celebration. The theme of PowerPoint presentation was 'Changing Technologies for Better World' and the title of the presentation was 'Developing Virtual Labs for Physics and Biotechnology using Blender'  
• Jaishree Rathore, Saagarika, Ashmita Agarwal, Riya Jain, Tanvi Gupta Honourable Mention for their startup idea 'Mech on Wheels' in Startup Weekend on 2 February 2020
• Anshika Jain student of  BMA (BSc (H) multimedia and animation Sem II ) participated in republic day parade program held in Delhi on 26 January 2020. She proudly represented the state Rajasthan with dance performance "ghoomar".

• Joyec Philip, Kashish Khatri, Niharika Jain, Sapna Madhu students of B.Sc. (H) Multimedia & Animation (Sem VI) had participated in the IPRISM COMIC SRTIP COMPETITION, in under supervision Priyanka Dewatwal. The competition was organized by ASSOCHAM (the Associated Chambers of Commerce & Industry of India) held in Aug 2019. The Topic of the competition was INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS. They got 5^th rank (all over India) and invited in the IPRISM award ceremony held on 20^th November 2020, New Delhi.

• Ms. Yashvi Soni of BCA Semester IV was crowned the Title- “MIR Best ramp walk 2020” at “Miss Iconic Rajasthan 2020”. She was crowned the title by very famous Fashion designer Mr. Karan Vig. She proved her talent and bagged the award at the show which was organized on 8 February 2020 and was directed by Mr. Somil Jagjyo. The show was organized by Uttam Sharma, Mukesh Saini, Ravi   Sharma and Somil Jagjyo.

• Ms. Yashvi Soni of BCA Semester IV was crowned the Title- “Miss Pink City 2019” 2^nd Runner Up at “Mr and Miss Pink City Season-3”. She proved her talent and bagged the award at the show which was organized on 18^th November 2019 and was directed by Mr Gaurav Verma.

Session 2016-17

Student

The Students from B.Sc (H) Multimedia & Animation Sem VI, Aayushi Jain, Deepshikha Chauhan, Rashika Sharma designed Motion Graphic Documentary for an event "Design Clinic Scheme" organized by Micro Small Medium Enterprise (MSME) Development Institute, Ministry of MSME, Government of India, Jaipur.

MSME had invited the animation students from our University for their event. The students worked hard within a tight schedule of 10 days under the guidance of faculties of Department of Computer Science & Information Technology.

The major challenges faced by students were short time period to complete all the phases of production, understanding technical Jargons of manufacturing sector and coping with constantly changing requirement specified by the client.

Motion Graphic Documentary was screened in the inaugural session of ‘Design Clinic Scheme’ which was held on 23rd February 2017 at Hotel Souvenir, Jaipur.

The students were also invited for giving voluntary services in the event. Rashika Sharma compered the event. Aayushi Jain and Deepshikha Chauhan helped in smooth functioning of entire event.

The efforts of the students of The IIS University were well appreciated and applauded by the audience and organizers. They were also felicitated for doing this commendable job by the Department of MSME.

The work done by the animation students impressed other organization like CIPET (Central Institute of Plastic Engineering and Technology), IICD (Indian Institute of Craft and Design) and Aha! 3D Innovations. Department has been approached by these institutes for finding scope for similar kind of Promotional Videos for their Brand.

Students Projects

• ICG Birthday Board System: This system provides facility to send email for greeting students and staff on their birthday. It reduces the usage of paper.
• Examiners Panel Selection System: This software is used to create examination panel for different papers being run in various departments. It facilitates the head of departments manage their panel of examiners effectively & efficiently. It has helped them to create & print their examiner panel in an easy manner, thus reducing their time in manual creation of the same.
• Stock Management System: This project has been developed to keep track of the details regarding the services related to the purchase of the equipments, issue them on request to different departments and to update the available stock.
• Online Faculty Feedback System: This system provides facility to take the faculty’s feedback. Only administrator has the privilege to create student logins and faculty database.
• Chronicler Management System: This System enables the users to search for the requisite information of the events/activities organized in the college. It is designed in the view of fast searching of records departments-wise, events-wise or data-wise. This was developed by BCA students.
• Nutrient Calculation System: Developed at the UG level, this project was developed by the BCA students for the Home Science department.

Others
