The department of CS & IT conducted Expert session on Salesforce fundamentals by Mr Gaurav khetrapal (Salesforce expert) at 11:00 am in Ojas Hall.
The session began with introduction of speaker by Jiya Sharma (BCA SEM-II) followed by his welcome by Dr.Anubha Jain .Session covered up fundamentals of Salesforce followed by a quiz related to technology and Q/A session. It also focused on solving student’s queries.
The session was knowledgeable and it was an informative and helpful for the attendees who came to know about Salesforce.
Outcome of the Session: Participants were well acquainted with Salesforce concepts and
