An online one day session on the topic "She can author her future-Empower Her“ was organized by ICT Academy and Oracle volunteering, on 7th march 2024. 

The training was conducted by Vinitha Rajeev Senior Director, Software Development Oracle, Charu Shrivastava Director & Presales Head – Technology Cloud at Oracle and Krishna Shah Software Developer at Oracle Retail  using the Zoom platform. The session was highly informative and highlighted the IT career prospects for women in the industries. The speakers highlighted that women in IT can contribute to innovation and creativity in technology development. Their diverse perspectives and experiences can lead to the creation of more inclusive and user-friendly products and solutions. They advocated that women in IT can bring in greater diversity and inclusion within the industry. They raised awareness about the importance of gender diversity and work to create more inclusive environments where everyone can thrive. They also highlighted that the new generation computing such as areas related to IOT, Machine learning, Artificial intelligence, cloud computing can bring in more career opportunities  for women in the near future too. The queries were very well answered through the live chat and query session at the end. The sessions were very well planned and were delivered with perfection.All of the students found the workshop to be informative, engaging, and practical-oriented.
