Objective of the workshop/seminar/activity: to make the students about techniques to improve interpersonal skills

A Workshop was conducted on Interpersonal Skills for the students by Ms. Winfred Crawford.

In this interactive session the students were given a brief description of the following:

Ø  Cognitive skills

Ø  Interpersonal skills

Ø  Public Speaking

Ø  Intrapersonal skills

The goal for this workshop was to work on the efforts put in by the students and explore strategies for assessing the cognitive skills. The students were enlightened on non routine problem solving, critical thinking, systems thinking, Interpersonal skills, complex communication, social skills, team-work, cultural sensitivity, dealing with diversity.

The daylong session had the students participating in a range of activities, games, quizzes and discussions

Outcome of the activity/event/seminar/workshop: the students explored various strategies for assessing their cognitive skills.
