Notice: regarding practical exam CGD 133

NOTICE

This is to inform all students of COSD-CGD that their practical exam CGD 133(CAD & PUBLISHING LAB) is scheduled on 31July 2021 at 10:00 am. The Examination will be Exercise based. Set wise Questions will be given to each student. Students will perform online and write steps as answers to the question and share their screen for online evaluation.

Guidelines for students for upcoming SEE of CGD 133

Duration of Exam-    3 hours

Syllabus-                    Practical Questions* (on the basis of assignments covering in CGD 131)

                                    Viva (Covering unit 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 of CGD 133)

Marks distribution-   Presentation of 50 marks based on questions

                                    Viva voce of 10 marks

                                    File of 10 Marks

Paper pattern-           One/Two compulsory questions (from AutoCAD) per student.

Exam conduction-     

1. Students to join through Meeting link** 10 minutes before the Exam, compulsorily turn their camera on and mute microphones.
2. Attendance on entry and exit.       
3. Students to remain online throughout the exam with cameras on and mute microphones.
4. During the first one hour of exam all the students will join a common meeting, wherein students will get divided into two different groups for viva voce according to group number.
5. After 1 hour, students will be given their respective sets; questions will be explained, and evaluate them there only.
6. Students will submit the answers (screenshots of work done and steps written) in a single pdf file on Email (deepshikha.bhatia@iisuniv.ac.in) or MS TEAM immediately after the exam is over.
